Q. Plant-based, plant-forward or plant curious?

A. Plant-forward. I try to get in 2 meat-free days a week. On the other days, I aim to make 2 out of 3 of my meals plant-based.

Q. Best tip to optimize your health?

A. Make the time to be healthy. As a busy working mom, I really have to carve out the time to workout, plan and cook healthy meals, and do things that help me reduce stress, like taking long walks in Central Park.

Q. Why do you choose to eat a lot of plants?

A. I started eating more plants to help with chronic inflammation, and I definitely notice an improvement when I eat plants. I also feel like I have more energy, improved digestion, and sleep better.

Q. What is your favorite plant-based meal to serve at a dinner party?

A. Mushroom-based Bolognese sauce served over chickpea pasta.

Q. What’s your favorite wholier formula?

A. Hands down Night Minerals Magnesium + Calcium Drink. I don’t sleep soundly without it!
