Our Peace of Mind Promise

We’re confident our products will help you feel your best — or your money back. You have 30 days from the date your full-sized product is delivered to try it and request a refund if it isn’t right for you. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies whether you’re a new customer making your first purchase or an existing customer trying a product for the first time. You can return one full-sized unit of each product, even if it’s entirely empty — that’s our promise to you.

What’s Covered

Our moneyback guarantee covers:

      The full cost of the product

      Any applicable sales tax

      The original shipping cost

Return shipping costs are not covered and are the customer’s responsibility.

What’s Not Covered

The moneyback guarantee does not apply to:

      Additional units of a product after the first full-sized unit (the guarantee covers one full-sized unit per product, per customer)

      Samples or trial-size products

      Merchandise (apparel, accessories, and other non-supplement items)

      Wholier products purchased through Amazon or any other third-party retailer — those purchases are governed by the retailer’s return policy

How to Request a Refund

1.     Email us at hello@livewholier.com with the subject line “Refund Request” within 30 days of delivery.

2.     We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

3.     Mail the product back to us within 7 days of our reply, and share the tracking information by email so we can keep an eye out for it. Return shipping is at your expense.

4.     Once we receive your package, we’ll initiate your refund within 72 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription Orders

Subscriptions ship and bill automatically based on the frequency you select. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, you must cancel or skip it before your renewal date — we recommend at least one business day in advance. We’ll send you an email reminder before each renewal.

Subscription renewal orders are not eligible for refund once they have shipped. The 30-day moneyback guarantee described above applies to the first time you try a product, not to recurring subscription shipments. Other Returns

You may have a legitimate reason to return an order that falls outside the moneyback guarantee. If so, please email us at hello@livewholier.com with the details and we’ll review your request. These returns are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@livewholier.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
